At SuperSeva, employees are encouraged to own their ideas and take leadership. To recognize their contribution, we recently celebrated our Annual Performance review awards. The awards were held at our branch offices in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. They were presided over by our CEO, Kumud Sharma and Alok Kumar, Country Head.
On the occasion Kumud and Alok thanked everybody for being a part of SuperSeva. Kumud, while talking to the employees stressed on the importance of fostering a culture in office where different teams function as one company. She said at SuperSeva we encourage our employees to think beyond their work profiles.
