Quarterly Award Function held @ SuperSeva

SuperSeva believes in appreciating employees for their performance and this helps in bringing out the best in them. During the quarterly meet, SuperSeva recognized and appreciated the Super Achievers in the form of cash prize and public statements of thanks in front of their co-workers, citing specific examples of what they’ve done. This obviously had a positive impact        on the other employees of the organization.

Keeping up to the tradition of awarding our Superstars every quarter, we organized the Third Quarterly Awards for the Oct-Dec quarter. It started with our Country Head, Mr. Alok Kumar welcoming everybody formally, following this our CEO, Ms. Kumud Sharma, thanked everyone for taking SuperSeva to the pinnacle of success. She mentioned that the employees of Superseva are the ‘Assets’ and the ‘Lifeline’ of the organization. She introduced SuperSeva’s recently launched E-commerce website, popularly known as The SuperSeva E-store (www.online.superseva.com).

The stage was then taken over by Ajay Shanker Sharma, Founder, who spoke about the benefits of longevity in an organization. This demonstrates, he said, ‘a level of dependability on the employee that companies will generally reward and respect’. To keep up to this spirit, Ms. Kumud Sharma awarded Mr. Kumar an award of longevity, for having completed ten years with SuperSeva.

This quarter, Kumud Sharma introduced a new award category: that of the ‘Best Client Relation Manager’and a runner up. This award went to Ms. Laxmi and Mr. Pankaj’s kitty respectively.

The day concluded with rewarding the best performers of the quarter. A vote of Thanks was given by Mr. Jitendra.
