The SuperSeva Rewards & Recognition Program is designed to formally identify and celebrate achievements to sustain great performance. Also to reward employees who have made significant/exceptional accomplishments that enables SuperSeva’s mission, strategy & culture. Recently we honored employees across different verticals for their outstanding performance at the Quarterly Awards Ceremony.
The reward and recognition program was kicked off by formal and informal ‘Kudos’ in acknowledgment of recent successes by our HR Manager Mr Vishvas Yadav followed by the warm and welcoming session of personal introduction of new employees who were inducted this quarter.
The event was graced by our CEO Ms Kumud Sharma and our VP Ms Debjani Lalwani.The stage was first taken over by Vertical Heads. They shared their teams’ achievements: emphasizing and reiterating their goals to acquire more clients in this quarter. Revenues grew over the January – March period, aided by good performance across all service lines. During this quarter; there was an increased utilization of our offered services and the adding of strong clients. We also worked on strategies to increase brand awareness. We set ourselves the challenge to launch the SuperSeva Mobile App, which is soon going to be launched very soon in the market.
Ms Kumud Sharma’s wonderfully inspiring speech on her prominent reference to quality of work ethics encouraged all. She quoted – “The difference between ordinary and extraordinary really is that little “extra.” Don’t settle for ordinary. Choose extraordinary”. She inspired all to take initiative, supervise themselves and continually strive to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide service that truly stands out.
The SuperSeva Rewards & Recognition Program turned out to be the motivating factor for all the new joiners to remain committed to their work and focus on larger goals to make the organization the “Best Corporate Partner” in future.
Fun-Filled interactive sessions, Games and snacks were arranged for the program. The crowd present were delighted and the whole event was supported by cheers and applauds from everyone.
