Message From CEO’s Desk Oct – Dec 2018

Dear Friends,
The year 2018 was a very fruitful year in terms of Our Organizational Goals and achieving many milestones. These milestones represent significant overall progress of an organization.

As a Significant and important milestone we, Superseva and Timesol, another significant player in similar space, decided to come together and hence got merged. We have started joint offerings and servicing our clients together from this quarter.

This merger will help us to serve our clients with a better economy of scale and wider coverage. It means even better career growth path to our employees also. We will add an additional 30% to our top line and around 400 employees. As a result, We achieved a greater high record in our business, both in terms of finance and expansion. Timesol Managing Director Mr. Bhaskar S. has joined our team as Executive director.

We clocked a 16% Organic growth in revenue https://www.superseva.com/w.r.t last quarter and 12% w.r.t last year same quarter. In the last quarter, all https://www.superseva.com/ our verticals witnessed good expansion. The concierge vertical added 8 new clients and 16 new desks to name a few: ITC, Epsilon, Du Pont and Genpact. We have onboard 3 clients on facilities vertical, 4 clients on staffing vertical and few on Enterprise support services. We got many opportunities with existing clients to decorate their premises for Christmas and New year celebrations. We appreciate and thank you for your trust in us.

We got the opportunity to share SuperSeva’s success story in Think Big 2018 event organized by WEConnect international that happened on 30th Nov in Hyderabad.

We have completely removed usage of paper from our HR department and gone digital on HR appointment letters, revision letter, etc. With this initiative, we have now fully automated our HR system. We have also started using a technology platform for our invoicing and vendor management.

With immense pleasure, I would like to share that we are re-launching our Concierge app with lots of improvement and better user experiences for Android on the new year.

I am delighted to share the shower of praise and accolades Superseva is receiving from the client, which is the result of hard work our team put in. I am sure we are set for a successful path and each one of your contributions make things happen.
