As we introspect our performance of second quarter of FY2018, I am delighted to share good financial and clients growth. It has been a very impressive performance and we could pull this off due to all your hard work and encouragement from our esteemed clients.
Here is a quick summary of our all-round performance of last quarter.
Financials:
We clocked a 16% growth in revenue YoY. All our verticals saw good expansion. The concierge vertical added 4 new clients. 6 new desks were added to SuperSeva’s concierge ambit. We have started providing front office services for a reputed vehicle reselling company across India. We have also signed a contract with an Indian multinational technology company for providing best-in-class front office services. Additionally, we have onboarded 3 new clients for facility management services.
Achievements & Major Initiatives:
SuperSeva has received ISO9001:2015 certification after a thorough audit. I am happy to announce all our processes, procedures and policies, operations now confirm to ISO9001:2015 standard. Our commitment and adherence to high-quality standards will be our biggest competitive weapon. We have earned very high appreciations for Client satisfaction and Service Delivery Measures.
SuperSeva has started providing complete Corporate RTO services to a PAN India vehicle reselling business. We have also rolled out “Integrated Apartment Management Services” during this last quarter. I am hoping to see good traction for this service in the coming days.
On the attrition front, we continue to do better as always thanks to an excellent Hr culture and employee engagement. I am happy to share our attrition in this quarter was 12% compared to the industry average of 25%.
