If a man is known by the company he keeps, a Company is definitely known by the people it hires. And so, at SuperSeva our workforce have done us proud. This week, one of our employees Mahesh, Assistant Manager, Operations, Bangalore division completed 6 years within the company. While we showered him with our employee loyalty schemes, we could not think of a better time to ask Mahesh, what keeps his ticking at SuperSeva?

How many years have you been with us now?
I have been with SuperSeva for more than 6 years now. A long rewarding 6 years!
Long indeed! What kept you going all these years?
Career Growth is usually marked by new challenges one gets to face, new activity to do, new responsibilities to handle and most importantly new process to learn. At SuperSeva, I have been fortunate to get all of the above. I started off with SuperSeva as a desk executive. The support of my peers helped me learn better and move up the ladder faster. Further, my teammates were always around to help me, like filling in for me whenever I needed a leave and many more. SuperSeva I feel is growing fast, and I feel privileged to have grown with the company.
Are you satisfied with our employee longevity schemes?
Absolutely. Other than the yearly appraisal processes, new responsibilities, flexible HR policies, SuperSeva’s employee longitivity schemes were directed not just towards making me feel good about my contribution to the company, but also inspiring others to follow suit.
Where do you see your career in future?
In the next couple of years, I am looking forward to be a City Manager with SuperSeva. Hopefully it will be soon!
Any suggestion that you would like to give to your colleagues at SuperSeva?
I would tell them to enjoy doing what they do. Figure out their strengths and weaknesses and work their way up, utilizing their strengths. And, I would tell them to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Success is sweeter when it is shared with family!
