In the year 2000, when SuperSeva set out to offer concierge services, Indian IT industry was still warming up to the concept of outsourcing concierge services. But we listened hard, tuned our product, set up IT enabled flawless delivery mechanism, so we could realize our vision. Today, SuperSeva is the market leader in concierge services, with a national footprint of 18 cities, counting all major IT giants as its clients.
While we are proud of achieving what we had initially set out for, we are poised to take SuperSeva business to the next level – to be known as a leader in Enterprise Support Service providers. We have also realigned our brand, logo tagline and offerings to take us through the next growth phase.
SuperSeva will be offering its services in the form of a core product renamed as ‘Enterprise Support Services’. Further, ‘Enterprise Support Services will be offering services under four business verticals:
- HR Support Services
- Admin and Facility Support Services
- Legal and Finance Support Services
- Enterprise Event Management
All the services that we currently offer have been regrouped under these business verticals. Having made the major shift from concierge services to Enterprise Support Services, we have revamped our tagline to ‘Enterprise Support Services, Delivered professionally’. In the process, we have also revamped our website.
