CEO’s Message: Jan – Mar 2018

Dear Friends,

Joyce Carol Oates told, “A good, sympathetic review is always a wonderful surprise.” It is time to reflect and review ourselves as we have reached the fag end of the financial year. We can safely proclaim that it was a good one in terms of business growth, expansion, accreditation and overall performance.

The last year was a successful one for SuperSeva and we have forged many new business relationships. Our profit margin has grown, and I take this opportunity to thank our esteemed clients and employees alike, for contributing towards the same.

Financial Performance:
SuperSeva witnessed financial growth in almost all verticals last year. The growth chart looks good and our overall business revenue has recorded an impressive 21% increase in comparison to that of last accounting year. Our business revenue increased 7% in comparison to the revenue generated during the same quarter of the previous year.

We have set new milestones in FY 2017-18 and here is the summary of our financial performance, new clientele, and major achievements:

Alliance:
We saw expansion in most of our service verticals last year. We have added clients like HCentive, Alvarez & Marsal, Barclays, Kronos, Godrej, Century Real Estate, Manipal Hospital, Manhattan Associates, Amarchand, Let’s Service, DLF, VIBGYOR High, FAB store, Hotel Hyatt, FoodHall (VR Mall) and so on into our clientele. We also inked agreements with large corporations like Daimler, Indigene, and J.P.Morgan.

Achievements & Major Initiatives:
I am delighted and proud to proclaim that SuperSeva is about to complete 18 years of excellence in the service industry. Another important milestone to make note of is the upgradation of our ISO certification. We are now an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization. During last October, we launched ‘SuperSeva Cashback Loyalty’ card and managed to garner 2000+ loyal customers.

I was invited to address aspiring women entrepreneurs during the ‘WEConnect ThingBig 2017’ – Woman Entrepreneur Summit. I also shared my experience at Y4BIZ event (Youth For Business) – an initiative by the Jharkhand Government. I was also invited to “Startup Jharkhand Mentorship Programme” by the department of IT and e-governance, Government of Jharkhand.

Steve Jobs said, “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.” I endorse his opinion and I feel that SuperSeva is a good example of teamwork and mutually rewarding partnerships. We look forward to continuing the good work in the upcoming year and improve ourselves in all the review parameters.
