Over the years, SuperSeva has been the first choice of companies for organizing employee engagement activities. And so, when it came to celebrating the day to honor women employees, Companies spared no expense. While our employee engagement team was busy tying all the loose ends for Women’s Day celebrations tomorrow, we asked them to quickly list down their challenges in organizing events such as this. Rafikul Raheman, Business Head, Employee Engagement & Event recount several challenges. He says office bustles into life pre event. In one corner of the office his operations team juggle to ensure smooth coordination between vendors, attractive gift packaging, timely delivery, managing security at corporate parks to avoid delays. His planning team on the other side lock themselves in the conference room to put their heads together and decide the theme of each event. To make the most of a busy occasion like this vendors hike their prices. Hence, obtaining their services for a competitive price and keeping it within the allotted budget is a road block that can only is overcome by our negotiation skills and business relationship with them.

Rafikul also says there is dearth of interesting concepts to celebrate Women’s Day in organizations. This year, his team has whipped out concepts such as personalized women’s day cards and even self defense training for women. SuperSeva is organizing multiple events across India in five major corporate houses on Women’s Day .
